I purchased a beautiful bespoke ring 4 years ago. A few weeks ago I got my hand trapped in a wheelchair and it bent my ring significantly. I got in touch for the repair and from start to finish everyone there has been great. Really fast email replies, getting me an appointment within days and really transparent when it came to what they could do. It went to the jeweller on Tuesday and got it back in the post in a beautiful presentation box on Thursday!And it was like new! I fell in love with it all over again. Ive been so happy with the service and all the girls have been so polite, I can't recommend enough.

Ordered my ring on Saturday and it arrived Thursday after a resize. Much quicker than expected! Was contacted once it was ready to ask on my preferred/available day of delivery. I was absolutely over the moon once I saw the ring!! It was more beautiful than the pictures online. I didn’t realise that the ring came with a 10 year warranty which was a lovely surprise. Overall an excellent experience with Aardvark Jewellery.

We had a wonderful experience designing our engagement ring. I wanted something unique and that felt like me. I loved the choice of stones, metals and designs. The designer we worked with was very patient, professional and our engagement ring reflects this. I have had no end of complements and I feel so lucky to have been able to create exactly what we wanted. It made a special moment even more perfect. I bought a custom engagement ring through Aardvark, both myself and my partner love the ring and think it looks amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I'd recommend going to them. Just to add I didn't go to their store but use their website and my communication was all done through email which was easy and straightforward. I just wanted to highlight Sophie, Diana and Joanna was great to work with, thank you all.
