Saw a ring I loved on their website but wanted a few things changed. Im in love with the gemstone alexandrite and saw that Aardvark have this gemstone. The team were always quick to respond to any queries/my indecisiveness on what I wanted. I was updated regularly throughout the process of the ring being made. Absolutely beautiful ring, the sparkle is just unreal! Had so many compliments on my engagement ring and will be getting my wedding band made by Aardvark too in the future definitely. Aardvark team were so patient with me changing my mind and adjusting the design to ensure that it was perfect before ordering. Upon placing my custom order, the delivery was expected in 6 weeks time which was extended to 8 weeks. I was then contacted to say that they would like to re-make my ring due to a default in the metal which i asked them to do. They turned it around very quickly and my ring is stunning. Thank you Aardvark team!

I ordered an engagement ring online. I'd had consultations at other jewelers already, so I had a good idea of what I wanted in terms of design and gemstone size/shape/colour. One of the rings that was up for sale was to my liking. The team at Aardvark were able to create a ring from scratch based on the one I liked with a stone of my liking (ethically sourced green sapphire that was sold by Aardvark). Overall the process was seamless and the ring was received about 8 weeks later to the day. Fantastic Comms throughout - I now have a very happy fiancé - she is in love with the ring.
