  • Do you undertake custom orders?

    Yes we do. It's recommended that you book an appointment, Alternatively you can message us and discuss your requirements with us.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do. We offer free worldwide delivery.

  • How long will my package take to arrive once posted out?

    Domestic packages are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are next working day. International orders normally take 7-10 days but can take longer depending on customs inspections.

  • What if my package is lost or damaged by the courier during transport?

    All items are insured and you will be fully refunded if the item is declared as lost or damaged during transport.

  • Can I return an item?

    If you are not happy with your purchase then we offer a 14 day return and 30 day exchange policy for any item once it has been delivered or collected. If any item has been altered in any way by a party other than ourselves, then the item will not be eligible for refund. Custom orders are non-refundable. Some altered items are not refundable, please see terms and conditions for full details.

    If you are unhappy with your purchase then we request you message us within the 14 (or 30 for exchanges) days allocated. The item must be returned in original condition and with original packaging. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent tracked, fully insured and signed for with a 5-7 day delivery time. A full refund minus the cost of shipping will be given if this criteria has been met.

  • How do I know what I am buying is genuine?

    We operate a real brick and mortar shops in Birmingham's world famous Jewellery Quarter since 1977. If you find that any of our items are not as described then we are happy to give you a full refund.

  • How long does ring sizing take?

    Please allow 1-2 weeks for rings to be re-sized.

  • How long before my order is shipped?

    Orders take 3-5 days to process once ready. 2 weeks should be allowed if a ring requires sizing. Please note this does not include manufacturing times if a ring is made to order or custom made. Please read through each rings description thoroughly.

  • Can I buy/collect a ring in person?

    Yes, if you are able to visit us then please stop by and see the ring in person before purchase, it always looks better in person!

  • Can you re-size a ring to any size?

    We can re-size to most sizes, however for changes that require going up or down 5 or more sizes, please email. A change of 5 or more up or down will incur an additional cost.

  • How do I convert from UK ring sizes to USA/EU sizes?

  • Can I visit your shop?

    Absolutely! Please first book an appointment and check the contact page for our address info.

  • Do you provide diamond certificates?

    We provide certificates for all diamonds above 0.5ct each. We do not offer certificates for any diamonds under this size.

  • Do you provide valuation certificates?

    Yes, we can provide certificates at no additional cost, please email if required.

  • How do I care for my ring?

  • Are your gemstones ethically sourced?

    Yes, we only used well established and reputable wholesale companies to source our gemstones.

  • Do you have any more jewellery I can see?

    Yes, we stock hundreds of more items in our shop, if there is anything you are looking for specifically please email or pay us a visit, we can find what you are looking for!

  • Are your photos accurate?

    All of our photographs are taken in natural outdoor light. We do our very best to represent all of our jewellery as accurately as possible to real life. Please note, some gemstones such as Sapphire and Alexandrite change colour depending on the type of light they are in. Some colours may also vary depending on your computer or phone screen settings. For a complete idea of exact colour and apparence, we would suggest booking an appointment in person.
