Yes we do. We offer free delivery to our UK customers. A delivery charge will apply for international orders.
We aim to ship items within 4 days of purchase/creation, please allow an extra week for ring re-sizing. Domestic items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, International orders are sent via FedEx. For invoices, we must post to the address attached to the invoice. This cannot be altered once payment has been made. If you would like to change the address, we must cancel, refund, and re-issue the invoice. Please note that it is the duty of international buyers to be aware of and responsible for any and all custom fees, duties, VAT tax, local tax, levies that is required by your country. Please also be aware of imposed import restrictions of your country. All shipments are sent insured, and any shipment lost, stolen or damaged during shipping will be refunded.
All items are insured and you will be fully refunded if the item is declared as lost or damaged during transport.
If you are not happy with your purchase then we offer a 14 day return and 30 day exchange policy for any item once it has been delivered or collected. If any item has been altered in any way by a party other than ourselves, then the item will not be eligible for refund. Custom orders are non-refundable. Some altered items are not refundable, please see terms and conditions for full details.
If you are unhappy with your purchase then we request you message us within the 14 (or 30 for exchanges) days allocated. The item must be returned in original condition and with original packaging. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent tracked, fully insured and signed for with a 5-7 day delivery time. A full refund minus the cost of shipping will be given if this criteria has been met.
We operate a real brick and mortar shops in Birmingham's world famous Jewellery Quarter since 1977. If you find that any of our items are not as described then we are happy to give you a full refund.

We can re-size to most sizes, however for changes that require going up or down 3 or more sizes, please contact us. A change of 3 or more sizes up or down may incur an additional cost as the amount of work involved to resize a ring varies depending on its current size, intricacy, design and material.

We provide certificates for all diamonds above 0.5ct each. We do not offer certificates for any diamonds under this size.

All of our photographs are taken in natural outdoor light. We do our very best to represent all of our jewellery as accurately as possible to real life. Please note, some gemstones such as Sapphire and Alexandrite change colour depending on the type of light they are in. Some colours may also vary depending on your computer or phone screen settings. For a complete idea of exact colour and apparence, we would suggest booking an appointment in person.
