An Aardvark gift voucher lets someone choose their own piece, online or at our studio in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. We email it to you as soon as you've paid, so you can pass it on however you like.

We email the voucher to you straight away, with its code, amount and expiry date.
Enter the code at checkout online, or show the email when you visit our studio.
24 months from the day we email it. The expiry date is in the email.
Within a few minutes of your payment going through. If it hasn't arrived after an hour, check your spam folder.
Add your pieces to your basket and go to checkout. On the payment step, enter the code in the gift voucher box and we'll take it off your total. Gift vouchers can't be used with finance.
Yes. Show the voucher email when you pay at our studio in the Jewellery Quarter and we'll take it off your bill. Book a visit if you'd like time with the team.
No. Whatever you don't spend stays on the same code until the voucher expires. You can also use more than one voucher on an order.
If none of it has been spent, we can refund a voucher within 14 days of buying it. Get in touch and we'll arrange it.
