Got what I ordered, paid extra for quicker delivery. The ring is lovely, true to pictures on the website. No issues yet and I say yet because I only just received it this morning so we shall see.

Amazing service from start to finish. Joanna and Abi answered all my questions! I've never bought an engagement ring before so they were alot of help. Advised me on the right materials etc. Ring arrived and it was beautiful! Proposed on a beach in Barbados and she said yes! She absolutely loves the ring so thank you everyone on making an amazing memory even better!

We had a really great experience using Aardvark for a bespoke engagement ring. Neither of us knew much about the products or industry at the start of the process and the team, in particular Joanna and Sophie, were so helpful in guiding us and answering all our questions while helping us create the perfect ring. We had a really enjoyable appointment at their lovely premises finalising ideas and trying on their amazing pieces. Diana created our CAD renderings quickly after our appointment and was able to adjust them perfectly to suit our feedback. The production process took significantly shorter than predicted and we received the ring in about half the expected time. It did need a slightly resize and again this was handled easily and quickly. We're super happy with the service and final product!

I am delighted with my engagement ring. From my first enquiry to receiving my jewellery, I cannot fault Aardvark. Joanna probably showed me 40 parti sapphires and did not rush me to make a decision. The finished ring is stunning. They will definitely have the privilege of making our wedding rings, too. Edited to add: I can't fault a single thing about my wedding ring, either. It fits together seamlessly and I don't think it could be more perfect.
