I purchased a beautiful bespoke ring 4 years ago. A few weeks ago I got my hand trapped in a wheelchair and it bent my ring significantly. I got in touch for the repair and from start to finish everyone there has been great. Really fast email replies, getting me an appointment within days and really transparent when it came to what they could do. It went to the jeweller on Tuesday and got it back in the post in a beautiful presentation box on Thursday!And it was like new! I fell in love with it all over again. Ive been so happy with the service and all the girls have been so polite, I can't recommend enough.

Ordered my ring on Saturday and it arrived Thursday after a resize. Much quicker than expected! Was contacted once it was ready to ask on my preferred/available day of delivery. I was absolutely over the moon once I saw the ring!! It was more beautiful than the pictures online. I didn’t realise that the ring came with a 10 year warranty which was a lovely surprise.
