At Aardvark Jewellery, not only is every single part of the ring made here in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, the vast majority of the manufacturing process is also done in-house, in our very own workshop. This allows us to have maximum control over every single step of the manufacturing process from start to finish.
As an example, our in-house setter was formally trained in Antwerp on the latest techniques in setting. Unlike old school traditional setting that is done with just the eye, the setting is done under a microscope. This allows for surgical levels of precision when setting diamonds and coloured gemstones.
Yes, it is possible to set a diamond in mere minutes if the focus is quick and cheap, but our setter will spend hours to make sure the job is completed to the highest standards.
