My partner and I have just got engaged, the ring that I purchased is beautiful - beyond words in fact! We had a slight issue, nothing related to the quality of the ring (which was 10/10) but it was fixed and amended within a matter of 24 hours. I have never dealt with a team who are this efficient and caring when it comes to handling client queries. I would recommend them to anybody looking to buy jewellery!
