Ashley was extremely helpful throughout the process - I explained to him that I needed the ring by a certain time as I was planning to propose in Italy, so we were under a bit of time constraints - the ring arrived in a lovely wooden box around a week before we flew out, which was great timing. My partner loved the ring, and we have had so many compliments since; literally everybody loves it and most really want one for themselves! It's a beautiful ring, Ashley and his team do amazing work.
