I am delighted with my engagement ring. From my first enquiry to receiving my jewellery, I cannot fault Aardvark. Joanna probably showed me 40 parti sapphires and did not rush me to make a decision. The finished ring is stunning. They will definitely have the privilege of making our wedding rings, too.

Ordered a custom ring online going in blind. Couldnt be any happier with the service. Customer service team is on point. The ring is beautiful and the finance options are really good, interest free for some of them. Paid extra for express service ordered on 10th and got the ring on 26th, really pleased with that too.

Fantastic team to work with to create the perfect engagement ring. I visited the studio in Birmingham to see their rings in person and select gemstones. The team kept me updated throughout the process, and we're very helpful with swiftly resizing. Quality of craftsmanship is brilliant

We had a wonderful experience with Aardvark Jewellery, visiting their shop in Birmingham JQ to pick out our perfect engagement ring. There were so many options but I was looking for a beautiful and unique teal sapphire which we found! Couldn't be happier with my ring. Would recommend Aardvark if you're looking for unique gems, particularly sapphires! Customer service and communication was excellent. Our custom ring was designed, made and sent to us within 4 weeks. 2025 update: we also went back to Aardvark for a custom wedding band and couldn't be happier with it! Amazing service and quality from the team. Thank you!
