Great service, incredible ring, my fiance loves it!

My now-fiancé and I were genuinely delighted with the service we received. With me being a follower of Aardvark on Instagram for a little while, and my fiancé being unsure about my ring preferences before proposing, we decided to book an appointment to see Ashley in B’ham’s Jewellery Quarter, so I could try on some rings. Ashley was attentive and patient and, when I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, made some recommendations for a custom ring. I must confess, being an indecisive person, I walked away from the appointment being happy but somewhat apprehensive about my decision, so a flurry of questions sprung to mind that I hadn’t thought to ask - Ashley was very quick to respond to all my queries and put me at ease. We had been given a lead time for the ring to be made, and it was made much quicker than expected, which was a lovely surprise. When my fiancé proposed last week, I realised there’d been nothing to worry about after all. The ring is beautiful, the teal sapphire is mesmerising and it’s been getting a lot of compliments. :) We would recommend Aardvark to anyone. Thanks, Ashley!

Bought an Alexandrite ring and the service and quality is amazing, it's such a beautiful ring and I can't wait for her to see it! I would have loved to upload a picture but it is tucked away in my parents safe! Ashley is very responsive even if you do pester them with 120 questions! The wait time was about 2 weeks less than expected which is great and the quality of the gem and ring are both fantastic. It was delivered by 1 day special delivery and is very well protected.

Purchased my (now) fiancé a custom engagement ring from Aardvark, who she’d been following on instagram for a while. Ashley and the team were super-helpful with the design elements of the ring, and helping to achieve my budget. The CAD render was excellent, and reflective of the final piece. The ring itself was of the highest quality and finish, alongside good customer service as we progressed through the process Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to buy some great quality jewellery.
