Visited the physical location after falling in love with the rings on instagram, Ashley was lovely and responsive to my appointment request. The rings look gorgeous online but even better in person! I chose my engagement ring right there and then, after resizing it only took a week to get to me and I later put in an order for a matching band and although it was cutting it close to the production deadline Ashley did his best to expedite the process and now I have my wedding band just in time for the wedding! I 120% recommend Aardvark Jewellery, it was a lovely experience and the rings are absolutely divine and affordable too!

I can’t thank Aardvark Jewellery & Ashley enough for my beautiful teal sapphire & diamond ring! This was made bespoke for me & it exceeded expectations. Originally after discussing & agreeing on options I was told 5-6 weeks on order but my ring arrived in just 3 weeks! I was so happy with the service & my beautiful ring which was a gift to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary this year! Thank you again Ashley & Aardvark Jewellery! 😻❤️📯💍

My now-fiancé and I were genuinely delighted with the service we received. With me being a follower of Aardvark on Instagram for a little while, and my fiancé being unsure about my ring preferences before proposing, we decided to book an appointment to see Ashley in B’ham’s Jewellery Quarter, so I could try on some rings. Ashley was attentive and patient and, when I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, made some recommendations for a custom ring. I must confess, being an indecisive person, I walked away from the appointment being happy but somewhat apprehensive about my decision, so a flurry of questions sprung to mind that I hadn’t thought to ask - Ashley was very quick to respond to all my queries and put me at ease. We had been given a lead time for the ring to be made, and it was made much quicker than expected, which was a lovely surprise. When my fiancé proposed last week, I realised there’d been nothing to worry about after all. The ring is beautiful, the teal sapphire is mesmerising and it’s been getting a lot of compliments. :) We would recommend Aardvark to anyone. Thanks, Ashley!
