Brilliant from the start. Lovely place lovely people. Gaining an appointment even at a busy time was easy and they were all accommodating as we were coming from quite far away. Lovely vast selection of rings. Interesting stones. Helpful in all aspects of the selection process from material changes to stone size changes all were possible.
