Helped me out of a sticky spot and gave me the most amazing ring too! I contacted aardvark with about 10 weeks until I was going away to (hopefully at the time) get engaged. We spoke and I outlined what I was doing and how long I had, to which the team couldn’t have been more helpful! I believe it’s usually 12 weeks that the making process takes, however, I only had 8 and was going away to do it, so left myself quite nervous that it wouldn’t be possible. Fear not! The team settled my nerves, confirmed when this could be made and even had it done before, to which I was so happy and surprised when the ring arrived earlier than I expected! In the end I got a yes and the amount of complements that the ring is the most perfect that people have seen is unbelievable, I would highly highly recommend aardvark, for such a memorable occasion I couldn’t have asked for a more smooth and fulfilling process, thank you so much!

My fiance and I had our ring made with Aardvark earlier in the year, we went in person to their lovely studio to look at rings and ultimately went with an altered design. The whole process was really simple and the turn around was surprisingly quick. The ring itself is absoutely stunning, and several months later it looks as good as the day it first arrived. Communication was really good and when there was a slight misunderstanding on our side it was all cleared up quickly. The team are really friendly and overall it was it was a great experience.
