Excellent customer service. Ashley was really helpful and did some amazing work on a bespoke piece. They even offered to polish up the item for free after I accidentally let it tarnish.

My fiance and I had our ring made with Aardvark earlier in the year, we went in person to their lovely studio to look at rings and ultimately went with an altered design. The whole process was really simple and the turn around was surprisingly quick. The ring itself is absoutely stunning, and several months later it looks as good as the day it first arrived. Communication was really good and when there was a slight misunderstanding on our side it was all cleared up quickly. The team are really friendly and overall it was it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience with Aardvark, I commissioned a custom engagement ring and the process was seamless. Everyone at Aardvark was super helpful, all the way from design to manufacture. No question was too much and the team always responded promptly. The ring itself was beautiful and I will be using Aardvark again for future custom orders!
