I ordered my now fiancé's ring from here, and the process was so easy. The customer service had been outstanding from the start. And the ring was stunning. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I can’t recommend Aardvark Jewellery highly enough.

My partner bought me a beautiful ring from this shop, after knowing I loved their work/Instagram. Lovely craftsmanship and he said the team were very friendly and helpful when he visited the showroom- making sure he could see the stone colours in different lights.

Helped me out of a sticky spot and gave me the most amazing ring too! I contacted aardvark with about 10 weeks until I was going away to (hopefully at the time) get engaged. We spoke and I outlined what I was doing and how long I had, to which the team couldn’t have been more helpful! I believe it’s usually 12 weeks that the making process takes, however, I only had 8 and was going away to do it, so left myself quite nervous that it wouldn’t be possible. Fear not! The team settled my nerves, confirmed when this could be made and even had it done before, to which I was so happy and surprised when the ring arrived earlier than I expected! In the end I got a yes and the amount of complements that the ring is the most perfect that people have seen is unbelievable, I would highly highly recommend aardvark, for such a memorable occasion I couldn’t have asked for a more smooth and fulfilling process, thank you so much!

Excellent customer service. Ashley was really helpful and did some amazing work on a bespoke piece. They even offered to polish up the item for free after I accidentally let it tarnish.
