Letters from Customers

Real stories, real love

We value every letter we receive. Here are four of them — in the customers' own words.

“I got a yes, and the amount of compliments about the ring being the most perfect people have ever seen is unbelievable. I would highly, highly recommend Aardvark. For such a memorable occasion, I couldn't have asked for a smoother or more fulfilling process. Thank you so much!”

“The most beautiful engagement ring I've ever seen! I fall more in love with it every day. Thank you so much, Aardvark, for helping my fiancé with this ring; the service was faultless from day one! I love the fact that each ring is made to order, and this one was made just for me!”

“Really knowledgeable team with the most amazing jewellery. My boyfriend then proposed with the ring I had designed the following summer, and it's absolutely exquisite. The most beautiful ring I have ever seen, and I get so many compliments on it.”

“The process was easy, considering I don't live on the mainland. They were able to show me renders of what the ring could look like. The hardest part was trying to choose which one to go with! I received updates as the ring was being made, and it arrived really quickly once finished.”
