The honest bit
Matching a colour from nature is a craft, not a guarantee. Every eye is different, and so is every gemstone — so we search for the closest possible match to the colour and the stone you have in mind. Some stones turn up in days, others take longer. And you're never under any obligation to buy the one we find; if we can't get close, we'll tell you straight.

Your £100 covers everything below — and there's never any obligation to buy a stone. The sitting and the canvas are yours to keep, whatever you decide.

Questions
It takes about 15 minutes. We'll make you comfortable, photograph your eye in ultra-HD, and talk through the colour and the kind of stone you'd like us to find. You'll leave with everything underway.
It varies. Some stones turn up within a couple of weeks; others take longer, depending on the size, shape and how exact the colour match needs to be. We'll keep you posted at every step.
It's fully refundable if you cancel before your appointment. It covers the appointment, canvas and search, and it's a separate fee on top of anything you choose to buy — not deducted from a later purchase. Once your sitting has happened the work has started, so it's no longer refundable.
One of the most personal there is. You can book for someone else, or give the experience and let them choose their own stone — just get in touch and we'll help you arrange it.

Collect your 40×40cm canvas from the Studio, or we'll post it to any UK address — delivery is included in the £100.
