1. What is an online consultation?
An online consultation is a virtual meeting with one of our experts. During this session, we'll discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline for your bespoke jewellery piece. We'll also showcase examples of our previous work to help inspire your design. If alternatively you wish to see our existing range, let us know and we can prepare a selection of pieces to show you, live on-call and in high definition. It's a relaxed, friendly session designed to answer all your questions and help bring your vision to life.
2. How do I prepare for my consultation?
To get the most out of your consultation, we recommend having some ideas in mind about the type of jewellery you'd like to create. You might also want to gather any inspiration images, links or sketches to share during the session. Alternatively if you wish to see our existing range, let us know and we can prepare a selection of pieces to show you, live on-call and in high definition.
3. What platform do you use for online consultations?
We typically use Google Meet for our online consultations. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a link to join the session on your chosen device.
4. What equipment do I need for the consultation?
To ensure the best experience during your online consultation, we recommend using a device with a camera and microphone, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. A stable internet connection is also important for a smooth video call.
5. How long does the consultation last?
Our online consultations typically last around 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of your project and the number of questions you have. We want to ensure you have ample time to discuss your ideas and get all your questions answered.
6. Can I have an in-person consultation?
Yes, we do offer in-person consultations at our showroom. If you'd prefer to meet face-to-face, please let us know when booking your consultation and we can arrange a suitable time for you to visit. Please note that in-person consultations are subject to availability.
7. Can I book a consultation for someone else?
Yes, you can book an online consultation on behalf of someone else. Just make sure to provide their contact details when filling out the booking form, so we can send them the consultation link and any relevant information.
8. How can I see your existing pieces during the consultation?
We have high definition cameras with suitable zoom paired with professional lighting to ensure that you can see our pieces in high definition during the consultation. Our cameras move dynamically, ensuring our staff can speak to you face to face with minimal interruption. If there are specific styles or designs you'd like to see, please let us know when booking your consultation and we can prepare a selection of pieces to show you, live on-call and in high definition.
9. Is there a fee for the online consultation?
No, our online consultations are completely free of charge. They're an opportunity for you to explore your ideas and kick start the bespoke jewellery design process with us. Alternatively, you can see our existing products up close and in high definition from the comfort of your home, and see how we can help bring them to life.
10. What happens after the consultation?
After your consultation, we'll follow up with a summary of our discussion, along with any next steps for moving forward with your bespoke jewellery design. This might include your quote, or answers to further questions to help refine your vision. Its your journey, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll guide you through the design and creation process to bring your unique piece to life.
